Dudley Council has a high performing Planning team which includes Planning Policy, Development Management and Planning Enforcement.

We a Senior Enforcement Officer vacancy within the Planning Team. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic and committed.
This post would be responsible for investigating potential planning breaches and taking appropriate action. The team has a strong track record of enforcement as we recognise that it underpins the work of the entire service and provides confidence to customers.
You should be a RTPI accredited professional or have sufficient post qualification experience to be eligible for charted membership of the RTPI and have experience working within a planning policy environment.
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Full Time Permanent
Location: Hybrid working – From home and when required at 4 Ednam Road, Dudley
You would be working within a high performing planning service which consistently ranks within the top 10% nationally for planning application performance and is currently undertaking a review of the Black Country Plan.
