Nuneaton and Bedworth Community Enterprises is a company established by Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council to, amongst other things, provide high quality homes in the private rented sector. We are an independent landlord with a growing portfolio of properties across Nuneaton and Bedworth.
We are currently recruiting for a part time cleaner to join our small team working 16 hours per week. The role will be mobile and work across our various sites across the Borough. As such candidates should be able to drive from site to site. Duties will include ensuring that guest rooms are cleaned on a rotation basis and that rooms are thoroughly cleaned once vacated. The role will also cover cleaning duties in void properties making them ready for re-let. The successful candidate will have experience of general cleaning in a non domestic environment and demonstrate a positive attitude to customers and a commitment to high standards.
This role will be paid in line with the National Minimum Wage appropriate to the successful candidates age. As an employer, NABCEL also offers a basic entitlement of 22 days annual leave, pro rata to hours worked.
