In this business support role you will be working within a small busy team, with a variety of jobs and responsibilities. You will need to manage job priorities on the go and be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy with your work.


If you are capable of precise administrative skills, have a can-do attitude, thrive at being under pressure, and enjoy working independently or as part of a team this role could be for you.


These are some of the tasks that you will be working on:


  • Digitising incoming mail onto the Digital Mail Room.
  • Printing and sending out mail.
  • Producing ID badges.
  • Producing parking permits.
  • Managing resource rooms within Shire Hall.
  • Meeting and greeting external contractors.
  • Managing Council building keys.
  • Dealing with bespoke requests from staff.


This is office based and you will be required to work in the Post Room, located in Shire Hall Warwick, 5 days per week.
