The Role

2 x Area SENCO full time, term time only posts*
*Advertised as TTO posts, but for the right candidate an all year round post would be considered.

The Early Years Inclusion team are looking for dynamic people who are experienced and knowledgeable about children in their pre-school year with SEND; as well as having worked with a range of early years education providers and professionals who support these vulnerable children and their families.

The successful candidates will be committed and highly-motivated qualified teachers who will join our Area SENCO Team, which is an integral part the Worcestershire Children First Early Years Inclusion Team. We are an experienced team who support early years settings in all matters of inclusion, with the Area SENCO team leading on support for children in their pre-school year.  This includes advice and guidance visits, creation and delivery of training in all matters of inclusion, and advising the local authority on the support needs of children on entry into reception.
