Full-time 36.50 hours per week  

Permanent Position  

This is an exciting time for the service and its journey towards becoming an outstanding provider of adult and community education.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, well-qualified, innovative and inspiring Programme Manager in Vocational Skills who will be led by the Head of Faculty for Vocational Skills and will work closely with a team of Programme Managers across all faculties to shape and create a vibrant Vocational Skills curriculum offer that meets local need, while ensuring the experience of every learner is the best that it can be. Vocational qualifications include: Health & Adult Care, Counselling, Mentoring, Mental Health, Working with Children, Early Years, Supporting Teaching & Learning.

You will have the opportunity to manage a team of specialist teachers, dedicated to achieving and sustaining high levels of learner satisfaction and delivering a fit for purpose adult learning curriculum that provides a high-quality learning experience for everyone, every day, both now and in the future. Requirement to be responsive to the market/employer needs. Work with Heads of Faculties to anticipate job market trends in Health and Social Care and Accounting.
