Salary: Grade, G6 scale point 15-23,  £23,541 - £27,741 Pro rata to hours worked

Contract: 37 hours per week Working hours 8am – 4pm Term time only plus 5 training days

All Saints National Academy are looking to appoint an outstanding experienced Family Support Worker.

All Saints National Academy (part of St Chad’s Academies Trust) is seeking to appoint an outstanding experienced Family Support Worker who is passionate about working with our children and their families to promote safety and wellbeing. You must be organized and have excellent communication skills.

Applicants will be expected to:

  • Hold the title of Designated Safeguarding Lead, so you must have experience of making referrals, working with outside agencies and completing relevant paperwork.
  • You must have experience of attending PEP meetings and be able to prepare and complete the relevant reports.
  • You will have experience of working with families, supporting the children in school and liaising with outside agencies.
  • You will work closely with senior leaders and will be required to prepare reports as required.
  • Be hardworking and an enthusiastic professional
  • Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 which is relevant to working with young people.
