Attendant Driver 

Salary:   £ 20,043 to £21,269 per annum (pro rata)

Hours of work will be 18.5 hours per week, working 1 day Wednesday 12:30pm to 5pm & 2 days Thursday and Friday working 7:45am to 11.15 am and 1.30pm to 5 pm afternoon.

The Countywide Specialist Day Opportunity team supports adults with complex learning disability and autism. Supported on the vehicle by an escort this role will be responsible for the safe collection and return home of our customers.  We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual who has category D1 status on their licence. You will drive adapted vehicles with tail lift access and be responsible for daily vehicle safety checks.

When in the service the successful post holders will assist with personal care and support sessions.  We pride ourselves in offering a person-centred service that promotes the wellbeing of our customers. You will be expected to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
