In this business support role, supporting Strategic Asset Management, including the Risk & Compliance and Energy Teams, you will be working in a fast paced, busy environment managing conflicting demands and will need to manage change at short notice.

 

If you have excellent communication skills, are self-motivated, thrive at problem solving and enjoy working independently or as part of a team this role could be for you.

 

These are some of the tasks that you will be working on:

 

  • Working with Surveyors who deal with acquisition, disposal, and new property developments?? 
  • Finance/Agresso support including rent runs 
  • Managing inboxes 
  • Setting up meetings and minuting various meetings 
  • Point of Contact, for internal and external customers/team 
  • Raising Project Numbers 
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets/internal systems?and paper/electronic filing systems 
  • Monitoring and distribution of post via electronic system 
  • Contract Management - record all principal contracts associated with Strategic Assets team on the system and keep updated, monitor and answer questions
