£28,226 - £35,336 (Grade 4)

Permanent

Full-Time, 36.5 hours per week

 

Birmingham City Council is seeking Team Leaders to join our busy Applications & Allocation s Team to deliver our services. The role requires the post holder to administer and assess housing applications, conduct relevant enquires and investigations to ensure housing applications are assessed accurately. To support the Team Manager with day to day operation of the Application and Allocation service. the role involves to manage, develop on going supervision of direct reports. Train and mentor new starters and other officers Ensure nomination agreements are being administered in accordance with agreed terms Conduct housing Applications, Allocations. Conduct Housing reviews objectively Ensure review decisions are made with relevant polices, legislation and case law Have extensive knowledge of relevant housing legislation
