Social Workers - Mental Health (Adult Social Care) - Ref: SS02122
Salary: G9 £34,373 - £39,571
Three contracts:
1 x full time permanent
1 x full time temporary
1 x part time permanent
Are you an experienced Social Worker with substantial post qualifying experience? Would you like to work within an established Adult Locality Team? We are particularly interested in motivated and solution-focused practitioners who:
- are interested in helping shape and deliver our services
- can positively contribute to the development of a model of Strengths Based best practice; and
- is ideally working towards a post qualifying award.
If this is you, come and work alongside a team of supportive Social Care and Occupational Therapy Practitioners. You'll:
- be expected to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and other legal frameworks
- be experienced and confident in working with service users and their carers in the undertaking of the full range of duties, including timely and proportionate care and support assessments, strengths based support plans and outcome focussed reviews
- have substantial experience of safeguarding adults together with experience of empowering service users and carers.
