Business Support Officer – PA to SW
Salary: £20,043 - £21,269 per annum pro rota - Grade 5
Permanent – 18.5 hours a week
To work Wednesday afternoon, All day Thursday and All day Friday.
This role will provide business support to the Assessment and Staying Together teams within the Stafford District office.
Tasks will include:
- In support of Social Workers statutory workload, convene and attend meetings, including statutory multi agency meetings, coordinating the circulation of agenda and papers and taking and distributing appropriate notes, minutes and actions.
- Completing a range of admin tasks ensuring compliance with business processes and service level agreements
- Accurately input and maintain information systems in support of Social Workers ensuring that records are up to date
- You will make full use of the Department’s IT facilities including accurately maintaining, monitoring and analysing data.
