Somebody who believes in equality and that no one is better than anyone else – that children have the right to be treated respectfully as equals by the adults around them. Somebody who truly understand that care is a ‘doing word’ and that the change we want to make in our home relies on working with, not doing to, people.

Have you got the attributes we are looking for?  Does this resonate?  Are you a people person and want to work with others, build strong relationships with them and help children to thrive? Are you reflective and restorative in your approach and always willing to learn?
