We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join the Rugby Art Gallery and Museum Team. 

Learning and Engagement is at the heart of what we do. Essential for residents’ health and wellbeing, and a natural source of inspiration, enjoyment and learning for all, we host a range of formal and informal learning opportunities. This exciting role will enable the delivery of our innovative Learning and Community programmes, welcoming new and old audiences to the service. 

You will be leading the learning team that enables our audiences and communities to have meaningful engagement with our collections and programmes. You will also work closely with colleagues from across all departments, with a range of external partners, and volunteers to develop and successfully deliver inclusive and engaging projects and activities including the delivery of our Schools programme.
