Information, Digital and Technology (IDT) Services at Telford & Wrekin Council are searching for an enthusiastic Education Desktop Support Officer to join our expanding team who were BETT 2015, 2018 and 2022 finalists for ICT Services and Support.

An ideal candidate would be a Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician with a degree of experience of providing technical, customer focused support to our Education customers. This post will be based in Telford & Shropshire Primary Schools.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse fast-paced support team. Our aim is to provide an exceptional cost effective managed service; this includes providing advice, support and implementing solutions to schools from all over the region.
