Early Years Development & Intervention Officer - Ref: CH05722

Part time - 30 hours - all year post 

G9  £27,870.00 - £32,084.59 

Walsall Virtual school is seeking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated, creative, forward thinking and professional Early Years Development & Intervention Officer to work alongside early years settings, childminders and schools to improve our early years offer to chidlren in care aged 0-5.

In addition to the development role the post holder will also be responsible for the management of direct casework such as leading education meetings, having oversight of education moves and transitions, and challenging and supporting early years settings to make sure they are offering our children the best possible education.

The post holder will also be responsible for managing our early years pupil premium offer, further developing our early years personal edcuation plan, working with our Enrichment and Enhancement Co-ordinator to develop early years enrichment opportunities and developing our early years training offer to early years settings, childminders and schools.
