Warwickshire Legal Services provides public sector clients with high quality, value for money legal advice.  Our staff work in a supportive environment, where they can gain on the job legal experience and make a real contribution to our highly regarded services.

 

 

 

We’re looking a Commercial & Practice Apprentice to join our Practice team.  Are you someone with a positive, can-do attitude; who’s wishes to train in a legal practice support role, then you may be the person we are looking for.

 

 

 

The role involves the support and administration of our case management system together with associated financial procedures.  You will be trained to:

 

 

 

  • Deliver 1st line IT support and training to our legal staff for our case management system (Visualfiles) and associated applications.
  • Resolve problems quickly under pressure, collaborating with our friendly and supportive team of innovative legal professionals.
  • Financial administration including, invoice processing, disbursements management, legal billing and reconciliation.
  •  

     

    You’ll also need to be willing to learn and adapt to the challenging, ever-changing public sector legal environment.

     

     

     

    We are based at Shire Hall, Warwick but currently work from home, and we provide a flexible, modern working environment, with the supporting technology that you would expect from a leading provider of legal services.  Staff work mostly from home, but regular attendance at our offices for at least part of the week is required.
