Level 2 Teaching Assistant Vacancy
20 hours a week, term time only, plus 5 training days (8.30am-12.30pm daily).
1 year fixed term contract with possibility of it becoming permanent
Pay Range: £9,084.68 - £9,266.37 per annum
The Governors of Millfields First School are seeking to appoint a dynamic, innovative, highly motivated teaching assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a highly motivated person who demonstrates the ability to contribute to the raising of standards by ensuring high expectations are promoted for pupils
- Have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing enthusiasm, energy and creativity
- Be committed to the needs of pupils and all stakeholders

- Be committed to working as part of a team
- Have a proven record of working in partnership with class teachers which has resulted in good attainment and progress for children
- Be highly organised, motivated and flexible with the ability to inspire and challenge children
- Be able to promote the vision and values of the school, demonstrating high professional standards.
