Job Details
An exciting opportunity has become available within the Property Services Division for an Assistant Property Supervisor. Wolverhampton Homes is committed to delivering an excellent standard of repairs to all its customers.
An essential part of this service is to deliver repairs “right first time” and to ensure we meet our customer expectations with appointments and target timescales.
Applicants should be experienced in a repairs and maintenance environment and ideally have a trade background, they must also be committed to providing excellent customer service.
This demanding role involves working in a fast-paced environment and having the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Team working and cross divisional working is an essential part of the Assistant Property Supervisors role, liaising with Property Supervisors, Planning Supervisors and Trade Colleagues to deliver an excellent customer service.
The successful candidates must be:
• Experience of working in the built environment and/or maintenance and social housing environment.
• Working towards a HNC in a relevant discipline or relevant qualifications.
• Willingness and keenness to undertake specific training to develop specific competence in the role
• Awareness of the needs of tenants in a diverse community
• Ability to deal with difficult situations involving dissatisfied customers.
