34.75 hours Mon-Fri - TTO

Pitcheroak School is an all age 4 to 19 Special school. We have approximately 150 wonderful children and a beautiful building with excellent facilities. We now need new talent to join our team for the following position.

The Governors of Pitcheroak School are seeking to appoint a friendly and hardworking Finance Manager to join us. Please refer to the job description and person specification for further details.

We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Finance Manager to support the Headteacher and to lead on whole school financial administration.  Experience of working in a school environment would be preferable but is not essential.

The role is a strategic one of driving improvements in efficiency and effectiveness as well as ensuring a culture of continuous improvement in relation to financial compliance and performance.

Candidate will demonstrate theoretical, practical and procedural knowledge across all disciplines of financial management. You should have good communication skills and excellent ICT skills. You will have high professional standards, be highly organised and demonstrate professional integrity.
