About us and the Role

 

Warwickshire County Council are looking for a Project Manager to expand our established team within the Portfolio Management Office. The role is a fixed term contract for 12 months based within the Adult Social Care Programme.  Experience of working on projects for Social Care provision would be an advantage.

We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individual who wants the responsibility for delivering transformation projects across the Council - implementing solutions that deliver benefits and improved outcomes across the county.

 

We are looking for someone who has a good track record of successfully delivering projects with excellent interpersonal skills and experience in stakeholder engagement and management. You should have a positive approach and be able to manage demands and conflicts in a calm professional manner.

 

Key Skills and Experience Required:

 

  • Experience of managing projects
  • Leadership and direction to projects
  • Building and engaging project teams
  • Experience of managing changing priorities and schedules
  • A strong communicator with the ability to effectively interact across various levels, teams, and cultures
  • Ability to plan and monitor projects effectively
  • Management of projects for Social Care provision would be an advantage
