Our provision has up to 20 learners who need someone who is enthusiastic, committed and wants to implement new and creative ideas our young people will enjoy and benefit from. Main duties and Responsibilities:

• Teach designated hours as required, with a flexible approach to delivering across curriculum areas as needed to fulfil delivery requirements. Develop or contribute to a scheme of work and develop lesson plans to ensure the compliance with national curriculum best practice and quality targets.Preparing up to date and appropriate, teaching materials and assessments. Teach using a variety of methods, including formal lessons, discussions, practical activities, projects and assignments, considering the differences between individual Young People Integrate literacy, language, numeracy and ICT skills within the curriculum area Use Information Technology to assist with lesson preparation. Teaching and reporting differentiate lesson plans to meet individual Young People’s needs including special educational needs. Marking and feedback of Young People’s class work and assessments, contribute to curriculum development whilst ensuring the safeguarding of learners. Ensure that learner records are accurate and maintained in line with data protection and W2A policies, carry out relevant administrative duties compliance with policies and procedures, lead and support in planning the delivery and accreditation of learner focused educational provision. Participate in continual professional development activities to ensure skills and qualifications are in line with mainstream education practice whilst ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and security requirements
