About us and the Role
We are looking to recruit a part-time, permanent member of staff to work on our Mosaic Service Desk.
This is an exciting and varied role within a team responsible for providing a single point of contact for all Mosaic application related queries via a phone system and self-service portal within our ITSM tool.
We are looking for someone with a keen interest in IT and ideally previous experience as a Service Desk Analyst. They will have good problem-solving skills and a basic understanding of IT queries. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic ICT professional who will continuously and proactively seek to improve ICT technical outcomes for Warwickshire County Council that provide first class, value for money ICT services. Previous experience of working with the Mosaic application is desirable.
