Systems & Statistics Officers
We’re looking for 3 HR Officers to join us on a fixed term contract to work in our HR Service Centre (HRSC) based in the centre of Warwick. The HRSC is the transactional and customer contact service for Human Resources & Organisational Development at Warwickshire County Council. The HRSC includes several services within it; these being Payroll, Recruitment, HR Systems and Statistics and Disclosure and Barring Service Checks.
There are 3 roles available and, depending on your skills and experience, you will either be supporting our, Systems or Statistics Team.
Salary: £16,491 - £17,772 per annum
Part time & Full time vacancies available
Fixed term contract until 31st March 2018 with potential for this to be extended further.
HR Officer (Statistics)
Providing system maintenance/support for our internal systems and HR statistics as part of a specialist team, you will have a good level of maths, IT ability and attention to detail. Experience of using Excel for statistics and reporting is desirable.
HR Officer (Systems)
Providing systems support to our customers, supporting data cleanses and system testing, you will have a good level of IT ability and attention to detail. Good customer service skills are essential. Prior experience with HR & Payroll systems is highly desirable.

- an ability to work on your own initiative.
Good planning and organising skills are key for these roles and you should be used to working under pressure to meet deadlines allowing flexibility and resilience.
