The right candidate will be an outstanding teacher, with the knowledge, personal qualities and commitment needed to further improve outcomes for our children and ensure they are motivated, inspired and happy learners. They will possess the leadership skills and potential to guide staff as a team, ensuring consistency of practice and achievement of the highest possible standard.

We can offer:

•             The opportunity to be part of an aspirational school and contribute to its Early Years development

•             A supportive governing body committed to excellence

•             Commitment to an exciting and effective programme of professional development

•             Leadership development delivered by high-quality external providers

We are looking for someone who will:

•             Be an outstanding teacher, establishing positive relationships and delivering consistently high-quality provision across EYFS

•             Have extensive knowledge of teaching and learning across EYFS

•             Be a dedicated practitioner, seeking to improve their own practice

•             Dynamically lead and develop a team that will ensure high quality provision for our youngest children

•             Provide a stimulating environment that supports, consolidates and extends learning and development.

•             Take part in the wider school life

•             Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge and support colleagues

•             Enjoy working as a team and share and collaborate with colleagues

•             Be flexible and adapt to the needs of the school and its pupils

•             Develop a high-quality environment that offers opportunities to explore and learn

Every person in our school strongly promotes the values of kindness, honesty, respect, responsibility and growth. These values are encompassed by the value we place on community; belonging to and contributing to the school and wider community.

‘As individuals we are unique. Together we build a community’.

Visits to the school are strongly recommended and can be arranged through the school. Please contact Miss Hayley Miles, Office Manager on 024 76302004
