We are currently recruiting for a social worker within our Family Solutions service– the successful candidate will be working as part of the Early Help offer and have excellent assessment, report writing and partnership skills that enable agencies to meet unmet need and prevent risks escalating.

Salary:   Level A - Grade 8 (£26,556 - £29,033) (Must have passed ASYE)
               Potentially increasing to Grade 10 dependant upon qualifications
               Level B - Grade 10 (£33,106 - £36,019)

This post will include rotation in the MASH and working as part of the multi-professional Early Help assessment and support to children, young people and their families across Dudley’s five cluster areas.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate post qualification experience in child protection work and children in need.

You will be safe in the knowledge that this will also meet the national accreditation requirements coming in next year.

The successful candidates will be subject to a Non-Police Personnel Vetting Level 2 (Full) check to enable staff to work within Dudley’s Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).
