We are looking for a Deputy Head who will work with the Head teacher to drive school improvement and continually improve outcomes for all of our children.

We are looking for someone who is:

Passionate about children and their learning, with understanding and experience across the primary age range

Committed to helping children achieve more and keen for all children to have a voice.

Passionate about the well-being and learning of young children

Able to inspire, support and motivate others, with strong and proven leadership skills

Able to inspire teachers and support staff to further improve outcomes for children

Able to develop excellent relationships with the whole school community to ensure all children are able to succeed
