Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Priory Primary is a large 3 form entry primary school in Dudley. We currently have 700 pupils on roll (2 to 11 years).
We are seeking to appoint three Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across our school.
Hours: 32.5 per week Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm (term time only - 39 weeks per year)
You will need significant and demonstrable experience as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is a requirement for these posts.
Level 3 staff work under the guidance of teaching staff with a limited degree of autonomy. Teaching Assistants will work alongside teachers within lessons but also carry out agreed work programmes with individuals or groups of individuals to support and develop their progress.
We are seeking staff who are reliable and dedicated and are excellent role models for our children.
We can provide a friendly supportive staff and children who are eager to learn. We all work together in a happy learning environment.
As part of the interview process shortlisted applicants will be required to take part in a short observation (teaching a small group of children) which will take place at our school.
