This is an exciting opportunity to become a temporary and part-time tutor with Coventry's highly successful Adult Education Service, where you will plan and deliver daytime and evening programmes to adult learners across the city.

You'll need

- relevant teaching and subject qualifications
- up-to-date knowledge of your subject
- Minimum a level 3 teaching qualification or experience of teaching groups of adults
- Maths and English qualification at Level 2
- Exercise to Music level 2 (essential), Pilates level 2 (preferable) and Extend (preferable)

Working Pattern

Teaching days & evenings up to 5 hours a week/30 weeks per year Tutors must also be available outside of teaching weeks for other teaching related duties and staff development.
Term time only, with optional teaching during school holidays, by mutual agreement.

Salary

£19,664 pa (pro rata) unqualified.
£19,664 pa (pro rata) plus yearly increments-level 3 or 4 teaching qualification.
£22,158 pa (pro rata) plus yearly increments- level 5 teaching qualification.
£23,962 pa (pro rata) plus yearly increments-QTLS/QTS
