A crucial piece of our approach is the Building Information Modelling (BIM) process. Our mission is to always put our clients’ needs and desires at the heart of the building design.

We are looking for a passionate and creative Architect you join our highly innovative team.

The postholder is responsible for the design of new build and refurbishment schemes from

inception to completion, and for the administration of building contracts.

Must be a qualified Architect and have both a degree (BA Hons) and

Diploma PG Dip /degree (BArch) in Architecture. Must be a registered

member of the Architects Registration Board (ARB).

• Experience of the conceptual and detail design of complex new build

and refurbishment projects

• Experience of working as part of and also leading multi disciplinary

project teams

• Experience of contract administration including the day to day liaison

and communication with contractors, clients, statutory authorities

• Experience of having successfully completed a number of high quality

projects including schools, housing and commercial projects

Knowledge • Must have a sound knowledge of building construction and technology

and building legislation and be able to devise technical solutions of a

high standard.

• Must be computer literate and have a sound knowledge of Archi Cad

and other building management software packages

• Must have a sound knowledge of photoshop

• Must have a good knowledge of BIM

• Knowledge of project management techniques, and the ability to plan

and programme a number of jobs at the same time would be


• Knowledge of legislation affecting design and construction is essential

including CDM Regulations

Skills • Must have excellent oral and written presentation skills and be able

to communicate effectively with colleagues, design team members

clients, and contractors.

• Able to interpret client requirements and devise innovative, practical


• Excellent design and presentation skills are essential

• Good organisation skills – able to organise resources and information,

and prioritise work tasks

• Good analytical and appraisal skills to all the postholder to consider

different design solutions at both strategic and detailed levels.
