Finance Support Officer
A temporary full time post has arisen for the ideal candidate to be responsible for accurately monitoring CHC funding agreements between ASC and NHS departments, being able to accurately record the outcomes onto excel spreadsheets in order to interpret, analyse and disseminate the information clearly within a short lead time. The post will require the ability to filter relevant information from panel outcome reports, internal e-mails and incoming NHS correspondence in order to action and reply as appropriate.
Applicants should possess experience of analysing finance data and using different systems, and be able to demonstrate competencies in using Microsoft word and excel. At least two years’ experience of working within a finance and administrative environment is essential. Experience of updating and interrogating adult social care database and an understanding of the CHC funding eligibility process would be an advantage.
List of duties include:-
- Interrogating and recording on the adult social care database CHC cases; verifying of care costs and dates.
- Maintenance of spreadsheet/system from report and meetings on a weekly basis.
- Dissemination & collating information for meetings, accurately recording outcomes/data
- Resolving queries by investigating various systems and/or speaking to relevant persons
This post is fixed term for 12 months.
