Customer Service Adviser Level 1 – £16,123 - £18,070 per annum

Your team will be answering customer enquiries for a wide range of services and logging their requests with different teams.

You’ll be supporting people over the telephone, through e-mail and face to face in our customer service centre or at one of our city centre reception points.

There are several opportunities within Customer Services, including Parking, Blue Badge and a busy Contact Centre. Work will be varied and wide-ranging to meet the needs of the service.

You’ll have guessed from our introduction, we’re changing lots of things at the moment to improve things for our customers and we know that our people are really important to getting things right.

In some of the service areas we are experimenting with how we do things so one of the most important strengths we’re looking for in our people is the willingness to try new things and to help us to change things that don’t work

So, if you care about people, want to help them and if you want to join us in shaping Customer Services then one of these roles might be just what you’re looking for.

Keen to join the team? Please complete an application form, tell us about your previous experience and where you have used your skills to shine.

The closing date is midnight on the 7th May 2017, we’ll shortlist from there and if you’re successful we’ll invite you to one of our assessment centres which will be held during the week commencing 15th May 2017.

If you aren’t sure or have some questions we’d be happy to talk to you, call one of the management team on 02476 786639 / 02476 831908 for an informal conversation.

Applicants that have been through a Customer & Business Services Assessment Centre in the last 12 months need not apply
