Fostering Recruitment and Retention Officer
This is a temporary post for 12 months.
The Fostering Service is looking for an experienced, highly motivated and creative individual to assist in the recruitment and retention of foster carers for vulnerable children. Educated to degree level and with relevant experience in public relations, marketing and events; you will be required to research, plan and implement a variety of campaigns and initiatives for this purpose. You must have excellent skills in communication, use of social media, managing and delivering projects on budget, networking and an ability to travel. Knowledge of fostering services and the needs of looked after children are desirable.
