We are currently recruiting for:
Two Committee Clerks to work with the Head of Committee Services and other colleagues in ensuring excellence in service to both internal and external customers, and to help provide a comprehensive committee service for the Council.
There are 2 part time vacancies available, preferably 25 hours each although part time hours are negotiable.
You should have
Two years’ experience in Local Authority Committee work or 5 years’ experience of servicing committees in other public or private sector organisations. You will have a sound understanding of committee procedures, good oral and written communication skills, have an enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable approach to work and be able to work as part of a team to deliver a good quality service
