We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join us to be a key member of the Customer Service Transformation Programme.

Grade 6 £27,668 - £31,601

1 x 37 hour – permanent position available.

We have set ourselves high standards and the successful candidate will work with other likeminded individuals to inspire excellence, drive performance, and promote team working through effective management of a transformation project team.

The Digital Development Officer role is to support the management and development of the council’s digital services for our citizens and internal audiences.

You’ll have experience of managing a website in a large organisation, using a content management system. You’ll also have a high level of literacy as well as an advanced knowledge if IT.

Experience in CSS, HTML, thematic styling (such as bootstrap), SEO, Conversion Rate Optimisation and a basic understanding of web technologies such as .NET/Javascript would be advantageous in this role.
