Registration Support Assistant
We have two vacancies for support assistants to work in the Registration and Coroner Service.
The posts are offered on an annualised hours basis, primarily to cover leave as well as peak times of the year, so flexibility is paramount.
It is a busy post that offers a varied range of duties, including producing copy certificates, providing information to the public relating to births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships and providing support to the Superintendent Registrar and Registrars. As the role is front line facing it is essential you have excellent customer service, communication and ICT skills, and be able to take a flexible approach to your work.
It is expected that the successful candidates will be required to work at least 3 days per week until training is complete. Hours thereafter to be negotiated.
