About Us


Within Social Care and Support, we firmly believe in putting people first. Our work includes delivery of duties in arranging social care and support services for vulnerable people and their families with eligible needs and facilitating protection when needed e.g. safeguarding and mental health related responsibilities. The Business Support Team comprises of Administrators, Administrative Assistants, Finance Administrators and managers, who support Social Workers, Social Care Practitioners, Occupational Therapists and Operational Managers.

We're looking for a number of full and part time Administrators to join us. Working either full time, 37 hours a week, or part time, 18.5 hours per week we have vacancies across our teams in Kings House in Bedworth; Saltisford Office Park in Warwick; Saltway Centre in Stratford; Warwick Hospital in Warwick; St Cross Hospital in Rugby or George Eliot Hospital in Nuneaton.

The Role

Full time salary - £16,491 pa - £17,772 pa 

Part time salary - £8,245 pa - £8,886 pa

Joining our team you’ll be responsible for providing accurate administrative duties, including updating records on our customer database. You’ll be answering the phones; greeting customers to our department; organising meetings; taking minutes; diary management; as well as sorting and distributing the post. In addition you’ll be undertaking routine financial processes, work in different locations and help with other duties as required.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role you’ll need strong administrative skills; be literate and numerate with the ability to analyse information to solve complex queries and be proficient in the use of IT including Word, Excel and databases.  As you’ll be managing a variety of relationships with different stakeholders, it’s important you have good communication skills and can work within a team as well as on your own initiative.  Good planning and organising skills; experience of working under pressure to meet deadlines; resilience and experience of appropriately handling confidential information is also required. In addition you’ll have experience of taking minutes at meetings; strong attention to detail and be flexible to travel to other locations across the county to undertake work as and when required.
