Warwick Children’s Services Team is made up of an Operations Manager, Team Managers, Principal Social Work Practitioners, Social Workers, Social Care Workers and administrative workers. You would be joining a very strong leadership team who are working together to deliver the Authority’s transformation agenda. We are supporting our staff to deliver services which are able to enhance the life experiences and chances of children and their families and keeping them safe and healthy. As a team we are recognised both within our own agency and outside for excellent practice and genuine commitment to getting the best outcomes. We are looking for a highly motivated person who will work hard and to high standards.
We provide all staff with one to one regular supervision.

The Role

You will be part of the busy Administration Team and you will deputise for the Team Administrator in her absence. You will assist with day-to-day running of the team and you should have the ability to work under pressure. Your role will include the supervision of a small number of admin workers, problem solving, thinking outside the box, processing of invoices and raising orders, analysis of statistics, attending and minuting meetings, assisting social workers with ICT issues, general admin duties, and reception cover.

37.0 Hours per Week
