Head of Business Systems

In Coventry, we are proud of what we do and are always seeking to improve. We are ambitious about providing the best possible support to our residents and are looking for someone that will play a key part of our continuing improvement and transformation journey.

Based within our People Directorate and reporting to the Director of Adult Services you will lead on developing how we use our business systems and processes to improve our residents experience of the care, support and education system through better use of technology. You will also play a pivotal role in financial management, through high-quality forecasting and monitoring as well as ensuring that we maximise the opportunities available to us through charging and income.

High level technical and numeracy skills are a prerequisite for the role, however, we are also looking for someone who is able to make the best use of new, existing and emerging technology to innovate and drive improvement together with someone
who is comfortable in a complex multi-stakeholder environment.
