The Role

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and flexible individuals who are calm under pressure with good communication and people skills with regards to our clients. You will need to be a team player working closely with the driver transporting clients, some of which with an enhanced care requirement, ensuring their comfort and safety.
A key task in these roles is to physically assist clients as necessary to and from the vehicle and help them on and off the minibus by means of step or the vehicle lift according to level of need. These roles involve working on split shifts to bring in our clients during the mornings and return them home in the afternoons.
Candidates require the ability to undertake moderate physical activity, sometimes in a confined space. A full package of training will be provided to support you in this specialist role of Passenger Assistant should you be successful. Due to the nature of the work a criminal record check via the DBS disclosure service will also be required.
