Phil (preventing homelessness improving lives) is an exciting new project funded by the Department of Communities and Local Government which will run initially until 31st December 2019. The aim of the Warwickshire wide project is to prevent homelessness at an early stage. The Prevention Co-Ordinator posts will be an essential part of the project.
We are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience of working with landlords and tenants in the private sector.
The Prevention Co-Ordinators will use their knowledge and experience to assist those in housing difficulty to prevent homelessness. This will be done through working directly with customers to understand their housing and support issues and investigating ways that they can prevent their homelessness. The posts will be based in Rugby but there may be travelling throughout the County. The role is full time however job shares may be considered. Secondments may also be considered.
