We are looking for someone who is passionate about business and working to support the local economy. As a graduate within the Team, you will be exposed to various business growth and start up projects, giving you first-hand experience of project management as well as event coordination and communications.
The successful candidate will be confident and able to work on their own initiative. An understanding of economics or relevant experience within the sector is helpful but not expected.

These are exciting times to join the Growth and Investment Service, we have just launched our new EU programme which will look to create 1,000 new jobs within the local economy. The growing team has a diverse portfolio and any new team member will be able to work across a number of areas to experience and develop in a number of fields. One of your key roles will be to assist the delivery of the Growth Programme and Capital Skills Programme which are both supported by the Local Enterprise Partnership and involve very high level strategic grants to businesses. You will also get to meet businesses face to face at the monthly Find it in Worcestershire breakfast meetings.

We need someone who can work flexibly and is able to work occasional evenings and weekends. If this is you we would love to hear from you
