Be in at the beginning and help to shape our service.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the newly formed HR Resourcing Team at Solihull Council where you will provide a high quality and effective full resourcing service. You will advise and support managers on all aspects of recruitment including the development creative and innovative sourcing campaigns, assessment processes and recruitment checks.

Fully CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will have experience of all aspects of recruitment including sourcing and advertising, interviewing and designing and running assessment centres.
