We are looking for consultants to join the Recruitment and Retention function within the People Services team to help attract and retain a diverse workforce.
With that in mind…..are you driven to a provide high quality recruitment and retentions service to customers across the Council.

As a member of the People Services Recruitment and Retention team you will support and deputise for the Senior Recruitment and Retention Consultant building strategic manager relationships across the directorates.
You will:
- Engage with Heads of Service to understand and provide resolutions to challenges and barriers they face
- Provide advice, guidance and support to managers in the delivery of recruitment campaigns
- Support the Senior Recruitment and Retention Consultant to build internal and external talent pools
- Identify innovative methods and improve current methods of attracting an sourcing people with the right skills and experience at the right time
- Review HR data and inform the team of issues, concerns or trends that require action
- Manage a team of recruitment assistants in accordance with Council polices and procedures
