Salary Scale 2 10 - 13 - £4832.88 - £4920.43 per annum

10 hours per week

The Governing Body of Holywell Primary and Nursery wishes to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic lead children’s supervisor (lunchtime) for our popular and well-established community school.

The role will involve managing a team of lunchtime assistants on a daily basis in order to provide an orderly environment within the lunch hall, and a calm and safe play environment during outside recreational time.

The main elements of the role are:

1. To take responsibility for the lunchtime supervision of pupils, and the smooth running of lunchtime sessions.
2. Supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground areas and school premises, ensuring a high standard of order and discipline is maintained.
3.  Oversee the discipline, safety and welfare of pupils, dealing with disciplinary matters of pupils according to the school behaviour policy.
4. To manage and supervise the team of Lunchtime Supervisors in their duties.
