The overall purpose of the US Girls Assistant is to assist in the delivery of the US Girls programme across Lichfield District, specifically for disadvantaged and vulnerable young women and girls. The US Girls Assistant will form a key part of the delivery workforce that will help to increase female participation, social inclusion, tackling key issues whilst raising the profile of the benefits of being physically active on a more regular basis.
