Fleet Operations & Compliance is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our unique and dynamic team.

 

The suitable candidate will support the Fleet Operations Manager to deliver a high quality, efficient and effective weighbridge & depot security function in support of the city council’s operational services provided to the people of Stoke-on-Trent.

 

The suitable candidate will be required to provide a weighbridge support service to all internal departments and partners as required.

 

Ensuring that the service is delivered in an efficient and effective manner at all times.

 

To receive and allocate to the relevant member of staff or department all visitors, enquiries and complaints, provide an administrative support function for all departments, ensuring the provision of excellent service to customers.

 

To advise the public, customers, and staff on services provided as required and to assist in the management of the depot and associated facilities.

 

The hours are: 24hr/365-day cover on a rolling shift pattern
