South Staffordshire College are looking to employ highly motivated and inspirational individual's to join our Learning Support team at South Staffordshire College.

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant's and Learning Support Workers with personal care who can work effectively and imaginatively to provide first class support for students, to develop education, communication, social, emotional and personal skills to assist with their preparation into adulthood. Our provision centre's around delivering personalised study programmes which are designed to support each one of our learners to achieve their full potential. 

You will be a strong team player with a real desire to help young adults. Previous experience working in a range of settings supporting young people or adults with learning differences and/or disabilities, knowledge of SEND and the Education, Health and Care process will be an advantage. These are excellent opportunities for the right candidate's to join these successful team's.
