Like all our salaried posts, this is a permanent role but it is always subject to funding being available.
This post is subject to a six month probationary period.
To support the ASCE team and trustees in the delivery of the organisation’s charitable objects by following up our service users at regular intervals by telephone and email to offer ongoing support, and by helping the team to contact and support our bereaved service users.
- To keep track of and follow-up existing service users by making contact at regular intervals and ascertaining any additional support they might need To help the administrator to keep track of and follow up our bereaved service users and provide assistance to our bereavement support group To assist the manager, administrator and other team members with occasional special events Any other duties as directed from time to time by the manager
