Directorate: City Director 

Grade: SM4 £74,630 (scp 13) plus market supplement £5,445, total salary £80,075 per annum.

In addition to the evaluated grade, this post will receive a market supplement. It has been agreed until 31 October 2026 and is subject to annual reviews. 

Hours: 37 hours per week

The successful candidate for this role will be excellent at building relationships with partners and stakeholders, and have the ability to drive change and transformation across a broad range of strategic issues.


These posts are critical to the success of the organisation and are a key part of the engine room that will enable our transformation journey to continue.
