We are looking to fill a number of senior posts with exceptional people who want to be part of a committed team that finds solutions to the city’s big issues and gains satisfaction and pride from making a real impact and delivering the best possible outcomes for our residents.
As the Council embarks on a new Corporate Strategy that marks the move to a more preventative model of delivery, stemming the rising demand for public services and creating more resilient local communities, we need energetic, flexible and resilient candidates who have exceptional track records of delivering within a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate for this role will be excellent at building relationships with partners and stakeholders, and have the ability to drive change and transformation across a broad range of strategic issues.
These posts are critical to the success of the organisation and are a key part of the engine room that will enable our transformation journey to continue.
Along with challenges come many opportunities, and we are excited to offer three posts as part of the City Director’s newly formed management team.
